About 1934 , Kroo Ba Sri-Vi-Chai : Saint Of Lanna come from Wat Baan Pang, Lamphon.
He and Jow Keaw Na-Wa-Rat : Crown Of Chiang Mai (at last) was initiated to made road to Wat Prathat Doi Suthep.

Road start at Chiang Mai Zoo when November,9 1934.


November 9, 1934 : Start of road

When news "Making road to Wat Prathat Doi Suthep Project " was broadcasted.

Many village at Northen of Thailand, about 3000-4000 peoples came help Kroo Ba Sri-Vi-Chai made road to Wat Prathat Doi Suthep with believe.

Cause road is 11 Kilometers but has many peoples, Kroo Ba Sri-Vi-Chai assigned 3 Wa(1 Wa = 2 meters) for every village.

Wonderful, Road to Wat Prothat Doi Suthep made up only 5 month and 22 day.
Tools has only hoe and spade.

Road was open on April,30 1935 by Kroo Ba Sri-Vi-Chai.
He was First's people to used that road by sit on car and goto Wat Prathat Doi Suthep .
